A fun and creative School of Troc workshop where you will upcycle your old perfume and glass bottles into beautiful, personalized gifts!
Join Candy Ng for a fun and creative workshop to turn your old perfume and glass bottles into beautiful, personalized gifts. In this workshop, you will learn how to upcycle your glass in an environmentally friendly way.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with facilitator and artist Candy Ng and learn about her painting techniques and approaches to create your own unique pieces.
Workshop Details
- Bring your own glass bottle to upcycle
- All other materials will be provided
- There will be refreshments and snacks on the day
- This is an 18+ event
Accessibility: The Bluestone Church Arts Space is a wheelchair accessible venue with an accessible bathroom. For more information on Bluestone’s accessibility please visit here.
Parking: General parking is available directly behind the venue in the Footscray Town Hall car park. There is also a designated accessible parking space located on the western side of the venue. Footscray Train Station is located 500m from the Bluestone Church Arts Space, and has ramps and elevators as well as accessible toilets.
Dietary requirements: Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, but be aware that we cannot guarantee no cross contamination as this is a catered event.

About the Artist
Candy Ng is a fine artist and calligrapher based in Melbourne. She is known for her vibrant and colorful paintings that capture the beauty and spirit of the world around us. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Candy has always been drawn to the dynamic energy of her hometown, which gives her paintings a sense of movement and energy. Candy is also an experienced on-site illustrator, engraver and calligrapher for brand activations, bringing her unique style to live art events.
